We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on it). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We can also accept payment via cash or credit card (processed by Square) at the time of purchase at our farm. However, please note that we cannot guarantee inventory at the time of purchase as our inventory is constantly changing. We will do our best to notify you of exact quantities at the time of pick up and/or 24 hours beforehand.

If the item or quantity of items you wish to purchase are not currently available, we will reach out to you and confirm whether you wish to backorder or cancel your order. Should you wish to backorder, we will provide regular updates as to availability and will arrange a pick up or delivery time accordingly.

When you make a purchase from Squirrel Hollow Farm, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), but we use Ship4Shop encrypted software for credit card processing and do not keep credit card information on file. You may also use your Square Account if you visit our farm and purchase on site.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are the result of fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products or incorrect quantities to you. All merchandise must be sealed and undamaged. You may return unused and unopened bags within 30 days in "like new" condition. We cannot accept open or partially used bags. We will not accept packages that have been ripped, damaged, soaked or destroyed.

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Squirrel Hollow Farm holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible. We charge CT sales tax for local pickup except for foods exempt from sales tax such as fresh eggs.
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Squirrel Hollow Farm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
